To help in this role Orange selected fhios to provide ongoing support in a number of strategic research projects focused on the improvement of the overall Orange customer experience.

fhios has undertaken a wide range of projects for Orange including Usability Testing of a range of mobile devices, expert inspections of user interfaces, customer attitudes and customer experience analysis across a range of channels. These projects have included pan-European research and the development of innovative bespoke research methodologies to address the specific needs of Orange.
fhios’ research has provided Orange with new insights into many components of the customer experience and has provided data that has guided Orange in making active improvements and enhancements. Many of the projects currently in progress are focused on the delivery of measurable improvements and benefits.
