fhios is a privately owned international company that was founded in 2002 by a team of Human Computer Interaction, User Research and Technology specialists with extensive experience in the design, development and assessment of interactive applications. Since 2002, fhios have conducted over 300 customer experience research, IA design and usability projects in over 30 countries across all industry sectors and local/national government.

Based in Central London, fhios has a number of dedicated, high specification usability studios, focus group room, viewing facilities, in the London headquarters with the ability for remote 'over-the-web' viewing and portable test studios for in-situ testing. fhios operates throughout the UK, Europe, Latin America and Asia/Pacific through our own offices in Brazil, Singapore, and partner relationships allowing us to offer truly consistent, global research solutions to our clients.
