fhios ltd.is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to others in ways that differ from what is disclosed in this statement. Usability Tester Registration
We recruit participants for our usability services via our web site. A visitor must first complete the registration form, which requests personal information, work experience and PC experience. This information is used to contact the visitor about participating in future usability tests and will never be sold, traded or rented to any 3rd party.
Aggregate Information
Aggregate research information allows companies to improve the customer experiences that they provide their customers. Without giving out personally identifiable information, we make aggregate information gathered through our usability testing or other research methods to our clients. This could be in the form of customer preferences analysis, trends, usage patterns, etc.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, track user's movement, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
