We are hiring! fhios is looking for an individual with usability expertise to analyze, evaluate and provide ongoing consultation on the usability of our client's digital channels. Ideally with an MSc in HCI, psychology or related subject, you must be able to provide straightforward recommendations and solutions to web site design and usability issues and have a thorough understanding of and experience to be able to conduct Expert Heuristic Reviews and to conduct one-on-one Usability Interviews.
You will be expected to analyse and summarize
data and findings, make appropriate design recommendations and present the findings. fhios offers an attractive salary for the right candidate, with all usual benefits. Start date: ASAP
