As a consequence of our growth in conducting international research in France, fhios is pleased to announce that it has opened a subsidiary company and office in France. fhios France is based in Paris and the office is coordinated by Gaelle Vallade and supported by French researchers who are training and have extensive experience in fhios methods. Currently, fhios France is conducting a number of customer and user experience research projects for a major UK and international mobile telecoms operator and will continue to focus on the Telecom sector in France, whilst developing market share in Financial Services, Travel and Retail sectors.
The office will concentrate on providing user experience research services, using methodologies and techniques developed by the fhios team in London including expert usability inspections, usability studies, focus groups and comparative benchmarking.
Managing Director, Jim Webster explains, "This is a logical step for fhios when you consider the number of projects we are doing in mainland Europe, with the added benefit that it will give us a springboard into entering emerging markets in Eastern Europe".
