Dr Philip Rhodes will be giving a presentation at the Showcase Theatre during the afternoon of 21 November on the subject of Managing the Customer Experience, entitled 'Making Sense of Multiple Touchpoints'. The presentation will look at projects completed by fhios with several of its clients exploring how it has assisted those clients in firstly evaluating their existing customer experiences and then monitoring and improving those experiences across multiple touchpoints. Focusing on the Customer Experience Dashboard, we will outline an approach which has allowed our clients to evaluate and monitor their ‘customer experiences’ and manage more effectively the insights gleamed from multiple research methods across many different channels.
