Investing in Survey Technologies...

2006 saw a significant rise in the use of online surveys and is a technique that fhios uses both as a stand alone method or as part of a larger programme of research. Whilst many companies use relatively simple online surveys to capture basic information, fhios have invested in a platform that provides complete flexibility to a very high degree of sophistication.

This allows us to create quite complex surveys with dozens of different question types and features such as branching, randomisation, embedded images such as web pages, validation, quota management and many more too numerious to list.

When used in conjunction with our panel management software and our opt-in participant database of 20,000 UK residents, it allows us to fully utilise the technology to great effect, providing rich data that we can then extract, analyse and report detailed and actionable findings and recommendations back to our clients in a relatively short space of time.
