As a consequence of international research undertaken, fhios is pleased to announce that it has recently opened its first office in Latin America. fhios Brazil is based in Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais. The office is coordinated by Joana Andrade. Joana is a qualified architect and has many years experience in user experience research and design. Following the completion of a Masters degree from Westminster University, Joana worked with fhios in the London office on several significant projects in the Telecommunications sector.
The office will concentrate on providing user experience research services, using methodologies and techniques developed by the fhios team in London including expert usability inspections, usability studies, focus groups and comparative benchmarking.
